|
Retzlaff Vineyards is Livermore Valley’s only certified organic winery. Robert and Gloria Taylor planted the 14-acre vineyard in 1977, and in 1983 went into the business as a small boutique winery among only five other wineries in the valley at that time. The vineyard is meticulously cared for, leading to the creation of Retlaff’s award winning wines. The winery is available for weddings and events.
Wines: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Port, Zinfandel, blush wines, and blends.
Tasting Room: Tuesday-Thursday, 12-2 p.m., Friday-Sunday, 12-4:30 p.m., and by appointment.
Enjoy a picnic under 100-year-old California Pepper trees. Reservations required for groups of eight or more. “Premium” tastings available to groups of four or more by reservation; comes with an appetizer plate. |
