Big White House Winery and John Evan Cellars are both owned and operated by the Marion Family. John Marion, a.k.a. John the Elder, launched the Big White House Winery in 1992. His son, John Evan, launched his wines on his 21st birthday in 2004, after growing up in the business. The wine makers pride themselves on their handcrafted, unique wines.
Wines: Dolcetto, Sangiovese, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Roussanne, Chardonnay, Port, specialty blends, and sparkling wines.
Tasting Room: Open Saturday and Sunday, 12-4:30 p.m., and by appointment.
The Marion Family, staff, and knowledgeable volunteers are on hand in the tasting room to educate guests. |
